Directions:
Cut base card 5 3/8" x 12", fold in half. Cut red DP 5 1/8" x 5 3/4". Cut floral DP 4 7/8" x 5 5/8". Cut blue DP 2 3/4" x 5 3/4". Cut red DP 1 5/8" x 5 1/8". Distress all edges. Adhere layers with ATG. Using Lacy Oval, die cut DP, paint frame with Sea Foam and add stickles. Stamp sentiment. Tie seam binding around one of the loops. Add to card. Stamp tea cup and handle with Staz-On, color image with pencils. Die cut. Add cup to card with pop dots. Attach swirl. Stamp and die cut 4 of the smallest flowers. Use 2 for each flower. Shape and add pearl centers. Add stickles. Adhere flowers and stick pin.
