Heartfelt Creations June Alumni Blog Hop

Hello friends! It's that time again when we are hosting the Heartfelt Creations Alumni Blog Hop. As always, you will have the chance to win a $25 gift certificate to shop at Heartfelt Creations.   All you have to do is comment on each blog that is participating in the hop. Hop starts 8am EST on Tuesday June 28 and closes Friday July 1st at midnight.

Today I used the Farmers Market paper collection to make my card.  I used one of the card fronts for the base.  'In the garden' panel is a cut out from the paper collection and I adhered it with foam tape.  The ticket and sentiment are also cut outs from the collection and are also on foam tape.  I then stamped and die cut the leaf clusters and colored with Prismacolor pencils.  A sweet little upside down bow adds the finishing touch.

You Are My Sunshine

There's another new sketch at From The Heart Sketch Challenge.

The twist this time is to make it sparkle.

The stamp I used is a free image at From The Heart Stamps.  There are 4 sentiments included.  I used some Stickles, Wink of Stella and rhinestones for some sparkle.

Thank You

There is a very sweet, simple sketch at 'From The Heart' sketch challenge this week.  The twist is to create a gratitude card.

I used one of my favorite images, Lil Birdie.  She has been colored with Prismacolor pencils.  The panel was matted and adhered with foam tape.  The sentiment was created in Photoshop Elements and I added some rhinestones for some sparkle.

Sprinkled With Love

This is a card I created for the progressive challenge at 'from the heart stamps'.  I recolored the sentiment (which comes with the image) in Photoshop Elements and then printed it directly on the card.  The image was colored with Prismacolor pencils.

To create the shaker embellishment, I used a very large wiggly eye.  I removed the back and then printed the image and adhered it to the back of the plastic.  This has become my favorite way of making shakers.

Life's A Wave

It looks as if summer might finally be here, yay!  And what better way to celebrate than catching a wave!  This is one of the new images from 'from the heart stamps'.  The image is colored with Prismacolor pencils and I used some Stampendous Shabby White embossing enamel for the waves.  I followed the sketch at 'from the heart stamps sketch challenge'.

At least, I hope it qualifies.  I'm never sure how much I can manipulate a sketch.  But the twist was to make a circular card so I made a circular easel card.

You Are Toadally Awesome!

Today I have another card share with an image from 'from the heart stamps'.  I am thoroughly enjoying these images; they just make me smile!  There is a single image of the fly and so I duplicated it and then printed it on some DP and then cut the banner.  The image was colored with Prismacolor pencils.

I used their sketch and the twist.
Hope you are having an awesome day!  Thanks for visiting!
