Heartfelt Creations June Alumni Blog Hop

Hello friends! It's that time again when we are hosting the Heartfelt Creations Alumni Blog Hop. What do you do with catalogs that you haven't ordered besides throw them in the trash?  I learned recently that they make awesome journals.

I've been wanting to make a collection of my favorite songs and decided to use this magazine as my base.  I combined 2 stamps by masking the edge of the water and adding the tree.  

The main image was colored with Prismacolor pencils; the background was done with chalks.  

The words were printed from the computer and cut out with the tags die.  Does anyone know the words to this song?  It was one of my favorites when I was growing up.
