Heartfelt Creations December Alumni Hop

Hello friends!  It's that time again when we are hosting the Heartfelt Creations Alumni Blog Hop.  As always, you will have the chance to win a $25 gift certificate to shop at Heartfelt Creations.  All you have to do is comment on each blog that is participating in the hop.  Hop starts 8am EST on Tuesday December 30th and closes Friday January 2nd at midnight.
