I'm in such a dry spell right now and I'm going to blame it all on the weather! Honestly, is it ever going to warm up!? I'm tired of being so cold! O.K. I'll quit complaining now, LOL.
So here are the credits for this layout.

Image: Ike's Art (I used one of the Fuchsia papers to color her hair)
the frame is a freebie I received quite a few years ago, not sure who the designer was
