Heartfelt Creations

Where, oh where, has my mind gone!?  I'd really like to have it back, LOL!  The problem is, I had no idea it was the end of the month already!   Where has the time gone!?  Today is the day for the Heartfelt Creations Alumni Team Blog Hop and I have had my card ready for 3 weeks but forgot to sign up!  If you would like to participate, head on over to Selma's blog and join the hop for the chance to win a $25 gift certificate.  She'll have the hop list for you. 



For my card, I used the new Christmas Sentiments Circles PreCut Set to create a shaker card.  I used the smaller image for the stopper.  The flowers are the Petite Poinsettia PreCut Set, cut out with the Layered Poinsettia Shapeabitlities die.
