Sweet Candy Christmas

This was supposed to be a quick card until I tried to find some accent papers to go with this DP.  Must be why I've had this paper in my stash for so long, LOL!  I finally settled on the white and pink and decided it was going to have to do. 

 The sweet little image is from Sweet and Sassy Stamps (they're called Winter Friends) and is colored with Prismacolor pencils.  The scarf and hat are paper pieced.  I used a Marvy Snow Pen and lots of Art Glitter in shell white.  The lollipop doesn't look that prominent IRL but I still wish I would have used a different section of paper.

The paper is from House-Mouse Designs and is called Candy on Frosting Stripes.
