Heartfelt Creations December Alumni Blog Hop

Hello friends! It's that time again when we are hosting the Heartfelt Creations Alumni Blog Hop. As always, you will have the chance to win a $25 gift certificate to shop at Heartfelt Creations.   All you have to do is comment on each blog that is participating in the hop.
