Heartfelt Creations July Alumni Blog Hop

Hello friends! It's that time again when we are hosting the Heartfelt Creations Alumni Blog Hop. Thanks for joining our blog hop!  I know you will find lots of inspiration.  I created the background for my card using the Large Elegant Word Background stamp.  I inked an embossing folder with Victorian Velvet distress ink and embossed the panel.  I then swiped my Delicata Gold ink pad over the raised design.  I stamped the center design and colored with Victorian Velvet.  I added some Stampendous Shabby White Embossing Enamel and some rhinestones.  The sentiment was embossed with gold embossing powder.
