Instructions: Cut tan card stock 5 7/8" x 11", fold in half, round 2 corners. Cut blue card stock 5 1/4" x 5 5/8", round 2 corners, add to card. Cut tan card stock 5 1/4" x 5 3/8",punch one 5 3/8" side. Emboss. Add to card. Cut out card panel and add to card. Stamp and die cut images. Color with pencils and ink edges. Add circles to card, using pop dots with 2 of them. Add center image with pop dots. Paint bottle cap and add image. Add rhinestones and then cover entire image with Glossy Accents. Add to card. Add bow with pearl and add Stickles around pearl.
