It's time, once again, for our Heartfelt Creations Alumni Blog Hop.
And that means you have the chance to win a $25.00 gift certificate to shop at Heartfelt Creations by following the hop and commenting on each. The hop starts today and ends Fri. October 3rd at midnight.
This is one of the quickest cards I've made, focusing on the beautiful Heartfelt Creations paper. The sentiment tag is included with the paper pack, the only stamping is the butterfly. I added the gorgeous lace die cut and added some bling and Glossy Accents on the butterfly.

Reindeer Pals
Another sweet image from Lacy Sunshine,'Rory's Lil Reindeer Pal'. I made this for the Facebook challenge but almost missed the deadline, which was today. This month has flown by, seems I just started my garden and it's already time to put most of it away.
This is a stairstep card and includes several Cricut cuts. A friend gave me one to use so I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot of these cuts until I figure out how to use it. I do think if I buy something it will be a Silhouette.
challenges
Brown Sugar: #113 anything goes
Fussy and Fancy: #123 main color-red
Sister Act Card Challenge: #76 anything goes
Cute Card Thursday: #340 Dies and punches: I used a MS snowflake punch
ABC Christmas Challenge: something festive

Hugs and Kisses
One of my fav color combinations, besides green and pink!
A sweet image from Lacy Sunshine, 'Tansy Plumray', done in blue and yellow. The sentiment stamp is one I've had for several years but have never used. As I'm organizing my craft room I'm finding all kinds of neat things, kinda' like going shopping at home, LOL.
challenges
Lacy Sunshine: use wings
4 Krafty Girlz: #27 anything goes
Inky Chicks: #38 anything goes
PDE Linky Party: #19 Stitching
Crafting from the Heart: anything goes
Through the Purple Haze: stitching

A Thankful Heart
Today I'm sharing a candle. This is the first time I've tried making one of these; I've always been a little to intimidated to try. I'll include the directions on how I made mine.
I used an image from Lacy Sunshine, 'Cider Sticky Wings' on the front and then put a sentiment on the back. I colored the images with Prismacolor pencils. You can click on the pictures to get a bigger image.

These do take a little bit of practice to keep the wax smooth. The next time, I'm going to try without the waxed paper. I seem to have the most problems around the bottom; the raffia helps to hide it.
The end result is so worth the little bit of practice that I know I'll be making a lot of these!
challenges
Through the Craft Room Door: anything goes
Crafting from the Heart: anything goes
Craft Your Passion: harvest time
Not Just Cards: anything goes
Word Art Wednesday: anything goes
Decorate to Celebrate: anything goes
